bottom part and slice. Much on raw (you can dip it in salad dressing or
peanut sauce), add to salads, or saute alone or with greens and/or other
vegetables. You can saute the greens like kale or collards) or swiss

2 garlic scapes: a byproduct of
growing garlic heads. They look somewhat like chives. You can chop them
and add them to sautes for garlic flavor, chop and add raw to salads, or
put in the blender with oil, vinegar and herbs to make a yummy salad dressing.
